Results are not consistent
I use quite a few of these products including Awake, Nite/Nite and Dream patches. Sometimes they work better than other days. Why that is, I have no idea because my routine is the same. However, when they do work they are great.

Actually helps! I LOVE these patches
I’ve been suffering for years with some sort of as-yet-undiagnosed mysterious chronic fatigue, and while these patches don’t miraculously cure it, they DO actually really help me feel *more* awake than I would otherwise. I’m not sure if you’re supposed to wear them every day, but I’ve been wearing one every day for probably a few weeks now. It does get expensive, but honestly, having something that ACTUALLY helps me feel awake is so worth the money. I haven’t noticed any side effects at all, unless you count that the spot where the patch was itches a little bit when I take it off at the end of the night. Literally, that’s it. (And it doesn’t even itch that badly, or for that long at all.) I freaking love these things. Every little bit of energy I can scrounge together helps, and these patches give me something to work with.

They really help
These really work for me. I work harvest and it requires 12 hr days, 7 days a week with zero time off for a month. These help keep my energy level to get thru that time. The patch sticks and stays on all day. Sometimes it's hard to get the ring that forms around it scrubbed off but it doesn't happen every time.

The packaging has changed and I think the formula has changed, too. They don't seem to work for me any more.
