It works well on ball. You can use according to the Quick Start Guide, it is safe.

Is this skull shavers for men good as the advertisement？

Yes. I have used two of MANSPOT trimmers, both works well. Recommended.

Have any friends used manscaped, which is more worth buying?

No. Manspot is actually good to use. I just wish the head was a tad larger. I get the best use of it by not using any of the attachments. Just have to be careful. I probably should have given it a better review and I may go back and do that. You can't beat the price for the job it does. Judging by the reviews, buying a more expensive model doesn't make a lot of sense.
