GP LOGISTIC H21 8-3/4" Platform Step

I just got this thing in the mail, and I must say I am very excited about it. It is incredibly sturdy and it looks really good for what it is--like you would just think of it as another piece of furniture vs. a utility device you forgot to put away. I feel secure when exercising on it (which is the primary reason I bought it, but like the fact it will have the added benefit of being a useful household tool). And it wasn't expensive. So far at least, it seems like a good buy.

Seems very well made and is rock solid to stand on. Was somewhat heavier than I expected. Note that although it kind of looks in the pictures like the legs would be adjustable, they are not. I own one of GP Logistics excellent folding ladders, and when I saw this go on sale I hastily bought it without taking time to read the description thoroughly. I really wanted adjustable legs, but this step was so nice, I decided to keep it anyway.

Easy to set up and sturdy as can be. Nice to have a safe step especially for an older person.

Works awesome for all those uneven camp sites

I have an 80-pound in-room air conditioner that I needed to be about 8-10 inches higher due to the location. Finding something to fit the diameter of the bottom of my Frigidaire AC that would be strong enough to hold it was a challenge. When I discovered the dimensions on this would work plus its size, I purchased it. It's a perfect fit. Extremely sturdy. And above all, accomplished my mission to raise the AC to an agreeable height to insert the tubing into the exhaust.

I needed this to help my mother get into a lifted truck. The platform folds easily, locks when open, can hold 500 lbs., and feels planted. It has helped immensely.

Not a lightweight stool, but that is why it is so steady and strong. We use it when our RV is leveled and the last step is left a little too high. This is the perfect solution.

Bought this hoping that the 5 lb "shipping weight" was correct and the different 12 lb item/product weight was incorrect. It turned out that 12 lb was close to the real weight and for our needs this was too much, so we returned it. However, it is very well made and sturdy and I would have kept it were weight not a particular issue for me. Merits a good review.
