I ordered these after testing what my actual flange sizes were with a measuring kit and inserts. They fit perfectly with my Spectra pump and over doubled my supply since they were finally the right size! If you’re pumping in between nursing or exclusively pumping, having to remove the inserts to wash each time gets burdensome. Buy these and get some sanity back in your day!

Work perfectly for Spectra S1. I always worry about not buying directly from manufacturer but was perfect. Even came with a nipple size check to ensure your buying the right size flange.

These are wonderful for those of us who find the standard flanges that came with our machine are too big. I was using the 24mm flanges that came with my machine and pumping started to get more and more painful. I did my research and found I needed to possibly get different flanges. The difference has helped! My nipples are no longer in pain and I don't dread pumping like I was before purchasing these. The pamphlet that came with these flanges describes how you should determine what is a good fit. Some suggestions to determining a good fit: Measure the nipple diameter after pumping, measure just the nipple. Then try a breastshield that is 1-2mm larger. If you measure before a pumping session, the breastshield should be 3-5 mm larger. Ask yourself if you can answer "yes" to all of these: nipple moves freely in the tunnel, non or very little of the areola is being pulled into the tunnel, nipples move gently and rhythmically each pump cycle, breast feels emptied all over, nipple is pain free, and there is still space between the nipple and breastshield tunnel while pumping. Be aware: these do NOT come with the duckbill valves or any other valves. You must purchase those separately or use them off the other flanges you have.

Works amazingly with my Spectra S2! My output has definitely increased since I've gotten the correct flange size and it no longer hurts to pump. These look, feel, and operate like they were made by Spectra! Ladies, get yourself these!

These flanges are nearly identical to the spectra flanges however, they don’t quite fit well on the spectra bottles even though they are considered compatible. They have a loose fit and they created a gap at the thread. It causes poor suction and heavy leakage out the top, especially if you move too much. I wasn’t fully emptying during my pumps because the seal on the thread just wasn’t a good fit with the spectra bottles. I switched the bottle to the avent anti colic and regular avent bottles and they both are much more compatible with these flanges. It creates a nice seal on the threaded top and provides much better suction this way. I went from pumping 6-7 ounces each pump to 11+ ounces each pump, once I swapped for the avent bottles. They also don’t leak with the avent bottles and feel far more secure with the increased suction. I would recommend these aftermarket flanges but only if you plan to hook them up to avent brand bottles.

As others have said it's overall smaller, shorter, less thread but it fits just fine, tight, on my spectra s2 pumping bottles/accessories. I didn't realize (with my first child) different size flanges even existed or the major impact the correct size could have! This time around I finally started looking into different options as I have a lot of trouble with my left breast, I had to pump for the full 30 minutes (pump turns off automatically at 30m) and sometimes longer just to empty. I had bleeding, cracking and pain for months and I just thought that came with the job of nursing and pumping. I blame mommy brain for my ignorance. I bought just one flange to try out, specifically for my left side. I have very large breasts (34 DDD/G) and even the nurses at the hospital said I may need a larger flange, nope, I needed the smallest, 21mm. I tried it out right away (after washing and sanitizing) and it cut my pumping time in half!! I felt like an idiot for not finding this sooner. This will literally save me HOURS a day that was once dedicated to pumping, and with twins and a full time job, I need every second. Mommies these days don't have much free time, and I hated using my free time to pump. I've pumped twice with the 21mm on my left and the standard 24mm (that came with my spectra) on my right. I now feel how comfortable the right size makes pumping, I have no pain or tenderness, with this size, while even after 6 months of pumping my right still feels sore after a session. I'm buying more right away!

I needed to get a smaller size than the ones that came with my Spectra S2 pump so I got these. They screw on just like the original Spectra flanges and fit the bottles the same way. The only comments I have about them is that the flange opening that goes against the breast are smaller in diameter than the Spectra ones. That's really not a problem unless you have a specific pumping bra that might have a bigger opening that basically will have less flange to hold on to. It wasn't a problem for me, but just an observation. Also the material is just a smidge more opaque than the Spectra flanges, so it might be a tad bit harder to see in the flange compared to the Spectra flange. This also was not a problem to me unless I really needed to monitor the flow or I was in very low lighting. Otherwise the material was just as good and as sturdy as the Spectra flanges. They're very easy to clean, and are the same great plastic that liquid beads off of, which really helps drying time. After a couple weeks using them, I wouldn't even know they were not original parts.

Product is not as expected. It was showing 10 days replacement and now when i try to return it is showing not eligible for return. Tell me how to return this product. I am having it for no use

These worked well but I found the backflow protectors fell out a bit more easily than the regular Spectra ones.
