Artisana Organics Raw Walnut Butter with Cashews (14oz Jar)

I’m a huge fan of Artisana nut butters. After trying them for the first time and experiencing the quality of the product, I honestly never went back to any other brand. I’ve tried several flavors over the years, and the Walnut Butter is definitely my favorite. The flavor is absolutely delicious, rich, natural, and incredibly satisfying. I also really appreciate the ingredient quality: organic, clean, simple, and without unnecessary additives or preservatives. It truly feels like real food the way it should be. Another great point is the versatility. I use it with toast, sandwiches, fruit bowls, and even by itself sometimes. One of my favorite ways to enjoy it is stuffed inside dates. It honestly tastes like a healthy little dessert and satisfies sweet cravings beautifully while still feeling wholesome and nourishing. It’s also very convenient that it does not need refrigeration after opening, and the shelf life is excellent. Yes, the price is higher than many other nut butters on the market, but in my opinion it is worth every penny. You can genuinely taste and feel the difference in quality. I’m always happy when I find products made with this level of care and purity.

I was a little surprised to see that the walnut butter was a little cheaper than the almond butter, so I decided to try it. I was also surprised that I like the walnut butter even better than the almond butter, but both are really really good. The one thing I do not like about this is that it is "with cashews". I would like to avoid cashews, and I am hoping it is a small percentage cashew. I do taste more walnut in it. I will most likely stick with this than the almond butter unless the price of almond butter goes down. When I say "cheaper", that is definitely relative as well because it is very expensive. But it tastes so much better than others that I do find it worth it from time to time. If you are the kind of person that eats a peanut butter jelly sandwich every day, then this will break the bank. I just eat a scoop with an apple so its not like I'm eating a ton every time I open it. I actually made my own almond butter because I wanted to see if I could make something close and mine was good but not nearly as good as this brand, but was better than another organic almond butter I tried. It was a ton of work and messy though, so I think I'll just try to buy some of this from time to time. The cost now is an investment in my health so I don't have to pay more later for the cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol that comes from ultra processed junk that dominate the American diet.

I can not chew nuts very well, so found a wonderful surprise after receiving Artisana butter. Sooo delicious and fresh. It is truly special. They ship it in a box so came to me intact. A very considerate company.

I really wish this was walnut only but wow it's still an amazing flavor. This is on the "chunky" side, there is bits of nuts in the butter. Walnuts are part of my daily diet, not a whole just a bunch but with this I find it a lot easier to blend into my fruit bowls.

Artisana produces exceptional nut butters, distinguished by their absence of seed oils. I incorporate this product into my protein shakes or consume it by the spoonfuls. I acquired this product at an advantageous price and intend to repurchase.

After reading a number of poor customer reviews I was hesitant to order but I really wanted to try a new nut butter product so I tried it and I am glad I did. This product is delicious. No issues with product separation as mentioned in several reviews and packaging appears more than satisfactory as glass jar delivered in tact. Perhaps quality issues in the past have been resolved. I plan to order again and recommend any one interested to do so as well.

I live too far away from Whole Foods, so I was feeling 'cautious' when I ordered this product, thinking it might seem 'not fresh' or perhaps like other 'butters in a jar'! NOT SO! IT WAS DELIGHTFUL! It arrived promptly, was easy to open, and smelled fresh! I immediately ran for some Ritz Main Street Original "Toasted Chips", the plainest, less spicy option in the house at the time! It was easy to get out of the jar, spread like a dream, and I saw very little 'separation' of oil inside! The taste is delightful. It's seems fresh, has a consistent texture, and carries it's own flavor very well when spread on a cracker, or tasted right out of the jar. It's 'crunchy', but the 'crunchies' are tiny and smooth on the palate, even though it's not intended to have a 'smooth' texture. It's really hard to put the jar down, once you are tasting it. I have only spread it on plain crackers and whole grain toast, but that's because I prefer the flavor to be as pure as possible! I will buy 'fresh' in Whole Foods store when I happen to see one, but this is extremely tasty, and I won't be making any special trips to a grocery store, as long as Amazon is willing to bring it to my door!! I keep it in my refrigerator, just because I want to always have it as fresh as possible. Being in the refrigerator doesn't affect your ability to spread the butter, and if you spread it on a cracker, it will quickly get to room temperature for the best taste experience! I also ordered some of the other butters from this company, but this one is my first taste test, as well as several snacks since then. I am so pleased with this item, the service I received, the packaging, and the entire experience!! Delightful. I will try and post a photo of my crackers loaded with Walnut Butter on the Artisana / Amazon site, to show it's dark nutty texture and appearance, if possible. If you like nut butters, try this one! I can't wait to try the other flavors!! I'm hooked!

I opened the can and saw a human excretion like lump floating in brown liquid. The lump had granules sticking through it. My wife almost threw up when she saw it. Is this called 'butter'? We are regular users of Almond Butter and never had this kind of experience. The percentage of cashews used is never mentioned. I would like to return it but possibly it is not returnable. This is first experience of this kind with Amazon.

Very nice. Authentic taste of walnuts with tiny cashew bits. Will order again as soon as my first bottle runs out.

This is a high quality spread and perhaps people who were disappointed with the taste could add some honey to it or brown sugar. Personally and in our family we love the 'neutral' buttery taste of it on rice cakes and bread. I am also looking forward to using it mixed with coconut cream (and honey !) as a filling or topping for cakes etc. The topping could be sprinkled with grated chocolate or coarsely ground coffee to make it look special.

Nice taste. No added sugar. A must go for walnut lovers.
