This book is my therapy. I had to buy it after I reached half of the PDF version of this book, because I always preferred hard copy. I'm so glad I bought it. 10/10 quality. It can with other products in a whole box. The package could be better if bought individually because there was no cover individually for the book in my order.

The book is perfect and the activities are amazing. I'm on Week 2 and I can already feel a shift. It also depends on how you perceive spirituality. It may not work if you are an extreme skeptic, but still, consider giving it a try. If you can subvert specific beliefs, it may work on you. But it'll work well with people who are already religious or deeply spiritual.

The book had something like jam splashed on it. The corners look like the book was used often. Definetly not worth the price if it comes like this... My first purchase on amazon and I'm not going to make the same mistake again. Don't recommend buying here.

Absolute Empfehlung, ich habe viele Menschen in meinem Umfeld, die sich sehr für diese Reise dieser Lektüre interessieren, weil sie mir spiegeln wie geerdet ich wirke. Dieses Buch ist ein toller Wegbegleiter zu seiner Identität - seinem Kern. Man lernt, wer man ohne all seine Rollen, Erwartungshaltungen und Verpflichtungen ist. Man lernt sich neu kennen und fängt an die Welt anders wahrzunehmen. Ich wünsche jedem diesem Buch mit einer kindlichen Neugier zu begegnen oder zumindest dieses wieder mithilfe des Buches wieder aufleben zu lassen.

I loved the exercises, especially the Morning Pages and Artist Dates, which helped me clear my mind and discover new ideas.
