Luffy, the leader of the straw hat crew, is not that strong and sometimes looks rather dumb in this volume. Others except for the sniper look far more dependable. However, the statements he makes exhibit that he’s got the right qualities to become a leader. He’s also got emotional fortitude.

J'ai reçu ma commande en retard, c'était pour anniversaire enfant, je le signale et on m'en renvoie un autre, qui finalement arrive en même temps que le premier, mais voilà, je renvoie un exemplaire sans ouvrir, et le second est ouvert par mon petit fils qui ne me le dit pas, mais c'est une version en anglais, je ne l'apprends que ces jours ci, et il est trop tard pour le renvoyer, dommage, il ne sert pas, il n'a que 10 ans
