Is there latex on this?

I’m not sure about the latex. I would NOT recommend this. I bought this for my grandchild to prank her parents, etc. It had a horrible smell when it was opened. (Not like poop, like chemical). It filled my living room up with the odor. I tried washing it with Dawn soap and when that didn’t help, vinegar. I let it soak overnight and threw it away the following morning when the smell was still there..

Will these melt in a hot tub?

I don't believe so they are more of soft silicone
