Update: Kind of long so bare with me. I purchased this lock 2 times and both times I sent it back because I couldn't get it work. The customer services was better than Chick-fil-A. After my second purchase and return the company reached out to me to address the issue I was having, I sent a video via email of the issue I was having and in less than 24 hours they responded back and pointed out what I was doing wrong. I installed the lock this morning 9/20/22 and everything worked perfectly. Let's just say it was user error and not the lock. I truly appreciate their time and patience and willingness to satisfy their customer. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I wanted this lock to work so bad. I ordered it and went to install it on my bedroom door, but the exterior handle wasn't turning the latch. I tried everything, I YouTube, troubleshooted, and couldn't find anything. I assumed the product was defected so I ordered an replacement and the same thing happen again. It was pretty easy to install with the instructions and video.

This is a good product, I have bought it several times for my offices, It had failed twice at about 12 months but it gets a lot of use, it is opened between 80 to 100 times per day or about 20,000 to 26,000 a year, I think that's a pretty good number, I can imagine for residential use it will last a lot of years. Very easy to setup with the TT lock app and if you are replacing one that uses TT lock you can just upload the regitries from a previous lock (except for the fingerprints).

Purchased this for the shed, and for a lock not made by any of the big name brands my expectations weren't real high. However i was pleasantly surprised when i unboxed it and felt the quality of it. The quality of the lock, keys, tags etc is right up there with any of the big brand names. Installation was very simple, the holes and latch of my Australian door exactly matched this lock so i did not need to make any alterations to the door frame or door itself except one thing. It says this lock accomodates doors from 35mm to 55mm thick. My door was only 33mm thick, so when the screws were done up it didn't make the inside and outside latches clamp together tight. I could of possibly cut 3mm off the 3 screws and off the square spindle, but i decided to use a thin sheet of plywood. I traced around the big internal rubber grommet to make a plywood backing plate with some screw holes i drilled in it. This sits on the interior side of the door between handle and door. So after getting it installed i setup the TTLock app. No issues with that, and i added the RFID cards, custom pin codes, fingerprints and physical keys. It works perfectly, i absolutely love it. Not having to remember (and loose) keys all the time is so awesome! Also to those few who have said they occasionally have issues with the fingerprints not picking up. Try making 2 or 3 profiles for yourself. So you have Troy 1: Tip of thumb Troy 2: Middle of thumb Troy 3: Base of thumb This way your entire thumb is mapped, and no matter how your thumb lands on the lock it should register. Enjoy! And i'm looking forward to my next Kucacci purchase, probably the Gateway.

Love the design, easy installation and phone app. The handle design makes it much easier to open the door if your hands are full and the finger print sensor is pure awesome convenience. However, finger print sensor can be unpredictable at times for some reason (too sensitive to thumb pressure, heat, cold?) I pretty much resolved the issue by recording ten different prints of the “same thumb” with different pressures/angles, etc. Now only one “fail” every 15 uses or so. Also, the app does not disable the “Tamper Alert” even though you turn it “Off” in the app and it reports “successful”. Otherwise- I totally love the design and functionality of this smart door lock set. Would recommend & buy again.

Bought this 9 months ago and it abruptly stopped working. Keeps saying unlocked but will not unlock from the outside or inside. Thank goodness nobody was in the pool bathroom because there was no way to get the door open. Had to destroy the lock to unlock the door. Reached out to the company prior to destroying it and they never responded. Avoid this door lock.

This is my second purchase of this lock. I think it is an Excellent price wise option. Installation and setting it up is easy. Fingerprint recognition works well. I strongly recommend pairing it with a gateway so it can be controlled and get notifications vía wifi.

Great handle/lock for my camper. Only downside is it's not great in the rain. The fingerprint scanner doesn't work and the touch screen for the code is finicky but it's great when it's dry!
