This item was just what i needed in my shop to add speakers to the patio. I now can control if the music it outside/inside or both! It was simple to connect and the connectors are awesome. This product is made of Plastic with circuit board inside with great quality in construction. It will hold up over time. It is really compact in size and will fit in just about any cabinet or shelve. it does not have mounting points for racks or walls.

The 2-Way Audio Stereo Speaker Selector does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I use it in my garage to switch between speakers inside the garage and speakers out in the yard, and it works flawlessly. There’s no noticeable loss in volume or sound quality, which was my main concern going in. Installation was simple and straightforward, and once it’s set up, there’s really nothing to think about. Flip the switch and it just works. No noise, no signal issues, no complications. If you need a basic, reliable way to switch between two sets of speakers, this is a solid, no-nonsense solution.

Works great for smaller gauge wire.

Received this item via USPS today. (a day later than expected/promised when ordered). It replaced another similar switch which died after 2 years of use. I give this item a 10 for user friendly and ease of set up. As shown in the pictures for the item on Amazon, the terminal blocks are removable. Wires are clamped to it with small screws (again as shown in the Amazon listing). Only potential issue is the smallness of the slotted screw head. My set of jeweler screwdrivers did the trick but as the screw heads are recessed, my smallest Craftsman screwdriver would have been too big. So, switches feel solid, the terminal block seems like it will stay plugged in, easy to set up, working fine for now.

Great for what I needed. Simple switch A/B; nothing more, nothing less. Will not accept 14ga wire; well, it could if you want to spend a lot of time fuzzing with it or tinning the wire ends. 16ga or smaller works great. The connections work well and are strong if you know what your are doing. Loosen the connections screws all the way (use a small screwdriver); strip just enough of the wire (3/8 to 5/16") and insert all the way into the slot, then tighten screw just enough to secure the wire, don't over tighten. Personally, I would not use both speakers at once unless you are damm sure your amp can handle the combined impedance since the terminals are wired in parallel. I use mainly to compare speakers since my amp is a small desktop Duok Audio ST-01-Pro.

Switch seems fine, but the green terminals for securing the wire are super cheap. The sides pop out when tightening. Returning.

I used this to add sound out at my fire pit area from my garage stereo. Works very well and easy to install. I can have music in the shop or at the fire pit or both at once. Perfect!

I bought one before that couldn't handle the wattage I was putting out. It would shut off. This unit has worked and I'm using a 140 watt per channel receiver threw a 200 watt per channel amp. I would guess the volume was maybe pushing 40 watts/channel volume output, and it kept working when I switched them from A to B. Worked switching the other way as well. Only drawback I have is the wires in the back have the unit leaning back with the front up in the air. Other wise, no complaints. Can't use banan plugs is another drawback, but the wires work fine. I've had this unit since May of 2023 and it's still working.Just don't go cheap because you will definetly know it when you receive it. I have not tried all 4 speakers at the same time though. not sure why you would, I bought it to compair speakers.

Ran four speakers at the same time through one amp and was concerned not to damage the amp. Little fiddly dependent on the thickness of your speaker wire but small enough to be unobtrusive. Performs well. Very pleased.
