I have about four fixtures throughout the house and garage in desperate need of longer pull chains. This does the job. You'll need some diagonal cutters to cut the chain but other than that, no tools needed. I still have tons of the chain left---10 feet length is very generous as I only needed an extra six inches or so per fixture.

Bought it primarily because the light in my shed had a pull string, but it was literally about 4" long and I had to really reach up to grab it. This worked perfectly, and I have a bunch extra. It's exactly what you'd expect from this kind of pull chain, the color, the look, the weight, all of it is pretty typical. It doesn't feel cheap, any cheaper than any of these naturally feel anyway. I like that it comes with extra connectors also. I'm satisfied with it.
