The Heartstopper Yearbook

Having read all the Heartstopper books (& waiting for the final{?} book in the series, I picked up the yearbook with no idea what it would be about. Well, I so enjoyed it! I love Ms. Oseman’s comments about the characters, combined with her always-sweet illustrations. Even though I am well beyond being a YA, I’ve enjoyed the romance of these books. A lovely departure so evident in the real world. Keep this series going, Ms. Oseman!

“The Heartstopper Yearbook” by Alice Oseman is a lovely collection of artwork & extras from the Osemanverse & Heartstopper comics. This is clearly meant for fans of the comic series, the Heartstopper TV series, or Alice Oseman’s work generally. It’s cool to see Alice go through how Heartstopper started & some of the earliest sketches of Charlie & Nick. As well, there are three full-color bonus / extra short comics that focus on Mr. Ajayi & Mr. Farouk post the Paris trip, Nick & Charlie (as a reflection Charlie tells to Aled before N & C got together), and Tara & Darcy becoming girlfriends. Every major character also gets a character profile (I especially like each character having a song associated with them). There’s also a drawing tutorial for drawing Nick, Charlie, & Elle. My favorite part, beyond the extra comics, was all the bonus art, especially the AU-type & holiday-centric art. So glad to have this be a part of my growing Alice Oseman library.

I really enjoyed the heartstopper series and when I saw this book I immediately bought it. It’s so cute and interesting. You learn a lot about the author and how heartstopper became how it is today. There are little comics in there too. It’s so cute I loved it 10/10

The quality is great, it's a fun addition to the Heartstopper Comics and Novelas.

The book is so good it’s basically just a time line and some never seen before art! As a big fan of Heartstopper I love ittt but it’s not a normal book you have to actually read/watch Heartstopper to understand 😭 you gotta be in the know to know you know?

Charlie & Nick, Tao & Elle, and Darcy & Tara all make my lil bisexual heart sing 💘. I loved being able to find out more about the characters and the series as a whole, and I can't wait for the fifth book!

This book is good. If you like Heartstopper you must read this book.

Alice Oseman is my favourite human being ever! The release of the long awaited HeartStopper Yearbook has been the highlight of my 2022, it was everything I ever dreamed of it being. We got more fun facts about the characters, her artwork leading up to the final sketch and the cutest activities! Their ability to create such a wholesome and addictive/inclusive franchise is so empowering and I hope it enables us to see more in the media. I totally recommend this to anyine!

This item was purchased as a gift. It was also purchased with the related book selection available at the time of purchase. I had asked for a wide and random selection of gift ideas that I could choose from and it got wonderful reaction and reviews upon receiving.

Hay otras cositas muy chulas, como un breve recorrido de la historia de Heartstopper, de cómo fue creada la historia y el diseño por Alice Oseman. Compra recomendada si te encanta Heartstopper.
