What is the diameter of the axle? Is there a 6mm bushing included?

They only come with 8mm internal diameter. I wanted 6mm for my luggage. It’s a little big but works fine. Would need spacer or different axle if using on inline skates. Worked for my 6mm axle eagle creek luggage as wheel replacement

Are the bearings are made from Stainless Steel?

Yes, they are stainless steel, and regarding the other person's "answer"... A higher ABEC rating signifies tighter tolerances, higher precision, efficiency, and speed capabilities for the bearing. 9 is the highest rating.

Are the bearing sealed? Ie no water can get in?

The 608rs bearing ABEC-9 configured for WHEELCOME BRAND inline skate wheels is a sealed bearing with a single rubber cover, which not only prevents dust, but also prevents the splashing of water vapor or droplets. Thank you.
