I always brown my roast first before it goes in the oven. Can I use this pan on top of my stove? Or make gravy in it on the stove?

I make gravy all the time on the stovetop , in the roasting pan:)

Can you put a turken in it? Because it shows it is only 5 to 6 inches tall.

How big the Turken? Pan 5” plus lid 3”.

Are there holes in the sides or re those just white enamel spots?
