ProCase Case for Galaxy Tab S3 9.7, Stand Folio with Card Pocket - Black

Review after 1 day. The S3 slide into the case easily with a clever velco tab holding everything in place. All speakers, switches , and ports are exposed for easy use. The design of the case provides moderate corner protection and great front and back protection. The magnet in the covers turns the S3 on/off and provides a fairly good closure (I would like to have an elastic strap as well to keep things closed tightly when in my briefcase). There is a pen loop, but I have not tried it yet. Another reviewer stated the case was bulky. Fully loaded it is more than twice as thick as the S3 device ... but ... it has a nice heft and the surface provides a nice grip.. The rails used when in stand mode are exposed on the back when being hand held and provide a great grip. The paradox to me is that our electronics are getting thinner and lighter, but in order to feel comfortable using them in the world we must add on cases to provide protection from casual use. Why in the world did a glass back on the S3 seem like a good thing? So the ProCase is nicely designed, well crafted and pleasant to use. It is a great value ... FWIW - I am a big guy and purchased the case before the S3 so it would never be unprotected. Update: Have been using case for several weeks and still very satisfied. No Issues

I just received this case in the mail for my new Galaxy Tab S3 9.7. After reading the reviews, I had mixed feelings about ordering it, but the positive reviews about the company's customer service swayed me. And I have to say, the negative reviews that say the case doesn't fit are wrong. My case fits like an absolute dream. It's a much more snug fit than the last couple of cases I have purchased for other devices, but that means it won't have a lot of shifting to block speakers or the camera. The loop for the S-Pen is made of elastic, so it has plenty of stretch to accommodate it in place of the included stylus pen. The case is a bit bulky, but I think that adds a bit more structural support for when you're using the built in stand. The cover material feels plastic-like, but it is stitched together, rather than heat sealed, so it feels more durable than other cases. The color seems just a shade darker than the photos suggest, though it could just be the lighting. My one wish would be to see a wider variety of colors and patterns to choose from. Overall, though, I am pretty pleased with this purchase.

I wasn't really sure what to expect, but given the reviews I hoped for the best. Well I was not disappointed, this is a fantastic case, probably the best I've seen for the S3. First off it has an S Pen holder which is great, secondly, the construction and materials are top notch. This is an elegant case and compliments the S3 wonderfully. Another bonus is the pocket on the front cover, i use this tablet for work and need to carry a paper document during my inspections, the pocket is perfect for that. At half the price of the Samsung case, you are getting double the quality. I could go on and on, but bottom line, the fit is terrific, the case is solid, and the look is fantastic. If you have an S3 tablet and want the best case available, this is it, without question.

This new case by ProCase is well made and offers a fair amount of protection. It isn't perfect, but I'm happy with it. Especially at this price point! The case is attractive and sturdy. I have a slight issue with the speaker and camera openings, but they are minor. Overall, it's a very good case for the money. My Samsung Tab S3 slid into the inner opening of the case and a velcro tab neatly tucked behind it to help keep it in place. It feels very secure. The side opening aligns well so the side buttons are easily accessible. The elastic loop holds the stylus pen securely in place. The ProCase allows the top speakers to be fully exposed. The bottom speakers are partially obstructed, despite the addition of holes in the material. I have attached a photo to show this. The back of the case is so thick that the hole to the camera is deep. It's also slightly off center. I've not played with the camera enough to know if this will impact photo or light quality, but it will probably be okay. I will only be using the camera for casual use anyway. Still, I think a beveled opening would have been more appropriate. I have attached a photo to show the depth of the opening. The auto on/off feature works well for my tablet. It stands open well without slipping. I wish the case had an elastic band or even a snap closure just to make sure that it stays closed, as the magnet isn't very strong. Overall, I'm very pleased with this case! I would easily recommend this case to my own friends and family.

Great value. This Procase is a great cover for my new tablet. A more upscale look and feel compared the ultra thin covers out there. Feels great in the hand, protects the all glass tablet very well with bumper space around the edges, has great options for viewing angles and a nice stylus holder. Auto wake/ sleep feature works as advertised and the stylus holder comes with a bonus pen. Yet its not just a bonus pen. Turn the pen on its eraser side and the soft tip is actually another stylus that will work with your Samsung tablet. A great backup in case you lose the original. A replacement stylus for the S3 is more than 3 times the cost of this case alone. If you're considering this tablet, i highly recommend it.

Honestly I was not expecting this case to have such a quality look and feel. The leather does not feel synthetic at all. The case is quite bulky, which makes me feel a little at ease. It definitely offers better protection then the Samsung case. There is a magnet in the front that holds the front closed, this is however quite weak. The pen is held securly in place on the side. It has 3 viewing angles and a nice document slot in the front. They even give you a little pen. The only downside to this case is that the flaps on the front at gold the case in place are not tight the screen. This means dust gets underneath and around it. I'll show in pictures. Not so worried since I bought a screen protector but if I didn't this could lead to a bunch of scratching. Overall very happy with this purchase though.

Procases are durable and functional and from now on when I need a tablet case I won't try other brands because they are pretty! When I first purchased my tablet in 2017 I also purchased a red Procase and loved it. After four years of hard use I needed a new one because the old one had loosened up a bit and didn't sit up as well. I bought a new one and got a different brand because Procase only had black and navy available. Big mistake, I suffered through that one for all most a year when I got fed up and purchased another case, which again was not a Procase, it sucked. Here I am 4 months later with a brand new black Procase. I'm so happy. Don't waste your money on other brands.

Nice sturdy protective cover. It works well if you use your tablet in an upright position. But if you are like me an hold your tablet like a book 75% of the time this cover may not suit your needs. You can see from the pics that the cover is a long piece of leather that fold like an envelope. The right end of the cover is a leather frame in which you insert your tablet. Once in the frame a piece of velcro attaches the front and back of the frame together so your tablet is secure in the cover. The issue for me is that the there is no Velcro to attach the left side of the frame to the back of the cover. So when you open the cover the tablet can flip over to the right. It will not fallout because it is attached to the frame but it is annoying. I will add my own Velcro the back left side of the frame and back cover to eliminate the issue. But the manufacturer should have cosidered this issue and included an extra piece of velcro.

Great sturdy little case, my Samsung Tablet sits there nice and sturdy, it doesn't slip or move.

Ich habe die Hülle für ein Tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 gekauft, die Lieferung erfolgte schnell, sie traf heute ein. Die Hülle verfügt über 2 verstärkte Klappen, die mit griffigem Kunstleder ummantelt und vernäht sind. Dabei ist die Farbe an der Innenseite der Hülle heller als außen. An der Innenseite der einen Klappe wird das Tablet befestigt, die andere dient als Deckel und zum Aufstellen. Die Hülle verfügt an ihrer Außenseite über eine sehr flache Einstecktasche über die gesamte Länge der Hülle. Um das Tablet einzulegen löst man den Klettverschluß einer nach innen umgelegten Lasche, was sich problemlos bewerkstelligen läßt. Die Lasche ist an der Innenseite der Hülle angebracht. Das Tablet wird von innen unter die Umrandung aus Kunstleder geschoben, dann die Lasche wieder umgelegt und unter dem Tablet auf den Klettstreifen gedrückt. Die Hülle paßt exakt, der Klettstreifen wirkt zuverlässig. Die beiden oberen Lautsprecher liegen frei, an den unteren Lautsprechern befindet sich jeweils ein mit Löchern versehenes Stück der Umrandung, die das Tablet sicher in der Hülle hält. Audio- und USB-C-Anschluß sind uneingeschränkt zugänglich, ebenso der Fingerabdrucksensor und die Touch-Tasten daneben. Ebenso frei liegen die Mikrofone und der Schacht für Nano-SIM und Mikro-SD-Karten. Die Ein-/Austaste und die Lautstärketaste liegen - wie bei anderen Hüllen auch - ggü. dem Niveau der Hülle etwas tiefer, was gerade bei dickeren Fingern ein genaues Auflegen des Fingers, insbesondere bei der Ein-/Austaste erforderlich macht. Die Qualität ist einwandfrei. Die Verarbeitung macht einen guten Eindruck. Es gibt keine Überstände oder heraushängendes Material. Mit der Hülle funktioniert die Wake-/Sleep-Funktion des Tablets einwandfrei. Der S-Pen läßt sich einwandfrei in die dafür vorgesehene Schlaufe an der rechten Außenkante der Hülle einschieben und herausnehmen. Bei der Lieferung steckt ein schlanker, leichtgängig schreibender Kugelschreiber in dieser Schlaufe aus dem üblichen Gummigewebe. Das obere Ende des Stifts ist mit einer weichen, ca. 7,5 mm starken Kappe versehen, die sogar recht komfortabel für die Bedienung und für Eingaben anstelle des Fingers oder des S-Pens benutzt werden kann. Die Funktionen des S-Pens sind damit natürlich nicht nutzbar. Eine sehr nette Beigabe. Der eingesteckte S-Pen verbreitert die Aussenabmessungen der Hülle um bis zu 1 cm. Zum Aufstellen des Tablets im Breitformat sind an der Innenseite des Hüllendeckels 3 kunstlederne Streifen in der Farbe des Aussendeckels im Abstand von jeweils etwa 23,5 mm eingenäht. Die Rutschfestigkeit des Materials ermöglicht das Aufstellen des Tablets auch in Zwischenstufen. Zum Arbeiten läßt sich der Deckel wahlweise einfach aufklappen und flach auf den Tisch legen, komplett umlegen oder umdrehen und unter das Gerät klappen, sodass es mit nur leichter Neigung auf dem Tisch liegt und bequem zu bedienen ist. Mit eingelegtem Tablet ist die Hülle an der dicksten Stelle ca. 24,5 mm dick. Mit Tablet und dem Kugelschreiber zeigt meine Waage ein Gesamtgewicht von gut 770g an. Die Hülle wirkt auf mich im ersten Eindruck solide und hochwertig, ganz anders als manches Billigprodukt und sogar besser als manch teureres Stück. Mein Tablet scheint mir ordentlich geschützt zu sein. Das gibt von mir eine klare Empfehlung. Zusammen mit der Hülle habe ich eine Tragetasche von DOMISO 10,1-10,5 Zoll erworben. Die Größe paßt genau dazu.

fühlt sich wirklich super an! Die Qualität ist toll und durch den Magneten hält Die Hülle auch zu (Ich hatte erst bedenken da kein Band vorhanden ist und ich dachte, dass die Hülle deswegen immer aufklappt). Ich habe die Hülle in blau und sie sieht super aus! Festes Material super anzufassen. Auch der Stift sitzt fest. Die day night funktion ist auch einwandfrei. Das tablet wirkt mit dieser hülle viel schöner, da sie von innen braun ist und so luxuriös wirkt. Wirklich sehr schön!
