This works as well as any little convenience tool ever has! I have welded many well-aligned tabs with this, and for a beginner welder I can admit it has made all the difference in the quality of my work. Good fixtures and rigging for welding has been a big challenge for me, and proper tooling makes all the difference. If you weld tabs on steel, this thing is definitely a huge time-saver, as well as an alignment master!

Good magnets

The magnets have a decent amount of hold. I wish the description had better dimensions. I thought it was going to be a little bit smaller. I got it to work for what I needed, and it will work for most people. The parts I have been fabricating have been on the small side.

I bought this for the forge build and it did the job. Plus And I don’t know why but they sent me two. Two for the price of one I guess. I’m very glad too because I actually needed two. Someone must of knew. 😀
