Why in the picture it showes two pads stacked? Does it take two 5 gauss to get the 10 gauss? Or will it be just one 10g pad?

The 2 layer system is our 20 gauss Super Sleep system. It is comprised of a Core 10g pad (bottom layer) and a Booster 10g pad (top layer). Stacking 2 pads @ 5 g each does not double the gauss strength to 10 g. The 5 gauss Classic pads are manufactured slightly different from the 10g so the 5 gauss Classic pads do not double to 10 gauss when stacked.

There is no problem with using the Magnetico Sleep Pad on the floor. However, you always have to have some sort of foam/mattres/futon on top of it. You should not never sleep directly on the Magnetico Sleep Pad. The reason is to keep your body above the spikes of positive polarity magnetic field.
