Will it on a 2016 Toyota Camry LE?

I have no experience specific to a Camry, but I would imagine it would work fine.

would it work on a Tesla Model S ?

As far as Im concerned it doesn't work at all

Would it work on a prius?

It wil actually work but this will only make noise when your normal gasoline engine is making noise since it matches the same rpm. So if you drive pure electric there is no noise. And since a prius uses a variomatic this won't make a shifting noise but more a steady revving sound.
