Not my day!

Replaced OEM maintenance box with this brand on a WF-7840 printer that loads from under scanner cover. It would not reset ink status to 0. Reintalled original and showed correct status. Amazon, vendor, or youtube instructions made no difference. Will have to call Epson or BestBuy for their options.
