High Yield but you have to separate them.
These capsules must have the tops separated from the bottoms before use, which is tedious. However, I have done two batches of 200 capsules with 100 % yield. These are by far the easiest to press together that I have ever used.

Double check size
A little bigger then I expected so a little hard to swallow!! But you do get a ton of them for the price!!

Really pleased with this product.
These are great. I use them to make my own supplements- lion's mane, cordyceps, etc. Dried, powdered lion's mane, you'll get about 300mg in these. They're sturdy and snap together well. They stay together, too. Great value, and I'll have to buy the larger ones as well. Taste just like any other store-bough gel cap, too. Really happy with this product.

Difficult supplement is now easy!
I have a very hot oregano oil that I was mixing with honey to ingest. If I didn't mix very well there was a big price to be paid. I bought these gel caps to put the oil inside and couldn't believe how easy they were. The caps don't stick to one another and taking them apart is beyond simple. The oil dropper slides right in the bottom portion for dispensing effortlessly. High recommend.

The best!
I use these to prepare my magnesium and ashwaganda powders at night. I bought these in bulk (will last me the year) and they come in a bag that is very flexible and easily stored (small, so can fit in most places). I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to have more control on dosing and price of your supplements and vitamins 👍🏻
