I was looking for a nice inexpensive hot tub for my spouse and myself. I had been thinking about this tub for months. Finally on Amazon Prime Day, I purchase it. I got a good discount on this tub. It was to be delivered 3-7 days after purchase BUT to my delight, it was delivered the day after I purchased it. The delivery company was fantastic. The tub arrived packaged very well. It was left in my driveway as expected. My husband and I, along with two grandsons, rolled it onto our back porch. We did have to take our screen door off to allow enough room to get the tub into the back porch area. We filled the tub, inserted the recommended Frog Ease chemicals and plugged it up. In 14 hours the tub was up to 100 degrees. The jets are powerful and it has a great little light show. I reside in Indiana, so falls are unpredictable as far as temperature. The first night it was up and running, the temperature dipped to 39. I have had the tub running for 3 days now and it is holding a steady temperature of 100-101. It holds its temperature very well while I’m in the tub with the cover off as well; after 30-45 minutes with the cover off, it only lost 1 degree. I do keep the cover on while not in use. The cover came with the tub and fits perfectly. I did order steps to match the tub separately. I also purchased weighted cushions and head rests for added comfort. This tub is a four seater but it would be a tight fit for four adults. But it works great for my husband and myself. Overall, I would highly recommend this tub and this company. It’s a fantastic alternative to an expensive tub and more durable than a blow up tub.

I had looked at hot tubs for months and finally purchased this one when I saw it on Amazon Prime Deals. It is the best!! If you are thinking about purchasing a hot tub, do it!! This one is so easy to maintain. It was easy to set up. It is not expensive, but yet gives you the most wonderful relaxing experience. It really helps with back aches and pains. It is a great size for two adults with four different seating options. Very comfortable! It is a great quality tub that has already given us much enjoyment.

We’ve had this hot tub for about two weeks now and absolutely love it. It heats up to 104 degrees and has plenty of jets and even lights inside. It’s on the small side as far as hot tubs go but it’s perfect for 2-3 people. Downside is delivery as you receive zero assistance (driver dropped it outside our house on the front sidewalk and didn’t even let us know). But the tub itself is a great deal!

Highly recommend, plug and play. Heats up quick and have had zero issues in 6 months.

Had it for 5 months and doing great. Do be aware that it's temp locked but you can hold the "Temp +" button to bypass the safe mode up to 106f. It might go higher (I've seen 110f) as it's "out of spec", so keep a thermometer in the tub and for adults only. Without this override, it would have been "meh" as we like 107-110 as adults, but it keeps it safe for kids and others that don't know. The only other thing is that if it detects overheating and will not start the jets, just unplug it for a minute or two and it will reset and work fine. Yes, I'm using it outside the default limits, but it handles it fine. We were able to drop it on a few furniture dollies and get it to it's home easier than expected. It fit through a smaller side gate and was easy to set up. I haven't had to retighten any connections (which is common with shipping I hear). Still on the same filter, cleaning it with a hose spray as needed. Nice that it's large enough for 4 people, and easy to drain, clean, and refill as needed if the chemistry is too far off and be ready the next night instead of spending 3 days trying to get it back to "just right". Takes about a day and a half to go from tap water to fully heated with a fresh fill. You can hang an extra water heater in it on a different circuit to get it up to temp within the same day if you are impatient and want to heat it up faster. It holds the temp pretty well, just avoid keeping it maxed out 24-7 if power bills are a concern and plan to go from high 90s to low 100s in a few hours as needed. The energy rating are for the lowest temp, not running all the time. I've had it maxed out for a week at a time to be always ready, and had no issues. I'm quite happy with it for the cost and the eventual portability. Pump is strong enough, filter is easy to clean, it's not too big or too small for 2-3 people. My kids have had 5-6 friends in it, and as long as you refill it after so the pump doesn't run dry, you'll be fine. I do suggest grabbing a "sump pump" to make it easy to empty it when you want. I haven't tried using the drain with a hose in the back. It's just easier since I have one to drop it in, empty it, spray it down, and refill when it's not worth fixing all the chemicals (kids!). It's delivered on a wrapped pallet and it only takes 2 people to open & wiggle it on to a few dollies to set up. I'd suggest having a few to make it easy, or it would take a bit more man power to move it initially. My wife says it's the best present ever, and it's her happy place. I can't agree more. Maintenance has been super easy.

This hot tub has been amazing. It was delivery within a few days. We are in it 2-3 times a days. The heat retention in incredible. With the cover it holds the heat’s for a very long time. Seems to be very durable. It is the perfect fit for the two of us. It does seat 4 but let room may be a little tight. It is perfect for relaxation. We have had no issues with leakage. I have also ordered the Frog@Ease smart clor and minerals and very happy with the so far. Will help not have having to add chlorine daily. also. I also feel it is well worth the money.

So far, no good. Nothing works properly. The button panel is wonky. The cold button turns on the lights. The light button doesnt work. The jets come on but the jet button doesnt work. Cant change the temp, doesnt show anything anyways, and if it does its all messed up. Seems like water got into the button panel or the control panel is defective. Funny cuz theres a Quality Control sticker signed off by someone. It also arrived with dirt stains on the seats, which only happens when water is drained from it and then allowed to dry in the sun. Its December 10th. We got the hot tub a week ago. We have to wait till the 18th for a tech to come out to install a new control panel. If thats not the problem the company will have to send the button panel and schedule yet another appt to install that component. OH! And if I dont send back the old control panel they said they'll charge me for it! I paid $3K for a hot tub I cant use and I'll be charged extra if I dont return a broken part?!? Merry Christmas!!
