Filter stopped filtering after 10-15 uses
Water is barely dripping through the filter after 10-15 uses. Have followed all the steps suggested in the FAQ of the manufacturer to no avail. Waste of money.

Clogs after 7-10 days - Doesn't work as Advertised
For a few days the Pur Plus filter that came with the pitcher drained the 4-cup tray in 20 minutes. The drain time got longer every day until after 7-10 days it took 4-5 hours to drain the tray. I closely followed online instructions to de-clog the filter (turn upside down, shake vigorously until granules move freely, rinse drain ports for 30 sec cold then 30 sec warm). This reduced drain time to 3-4 hours for one day, then it was back to 6 hours. I call Pur and they sent another filter no charge : ) But the same thing happened. I've seen many similar complaints online. Pur should should stop selling this product that doesn't work as advertised.

Fresh and best
Love this product so much. Lightweight, just clicks into place so I should’ve bought this ages ago. The ocean colour is gorgeous, the water is so much fresher than expensive bottled water -would recommend this to anyone.

Filter is soooo slow
I was so looking forward to liking this product. The first month or so was great but then the filter started to perform very slowly.. I literally have to fill the container the night before in order for all of the water to be filtered. I’m better off using bottled water than this product. . So much for reducing my plastic consumption
