Does this have those fuel line clips included?

None with mine. I think the original clips would work fine. As you know there are quick release clips inline and I found them hard to get to release, so I bought this tool to help. ABN Fuel Line Disconnect Scissor Tool for 5/16" Inch and 3/8" Inch GM, Ford, and Mazda Vehicle Fuel Lines.
