Very easy to use. I'm a coward with a very low pain threshold different fingers hurt more than others but the pain is very short lasting. Everyone should be aware of their fasting glucose levels and this piece of kit really works and is great value for money. It only needs a tiny amount of blood to work, and includes the sharp lances, test strips and meter. Does not include any alcohol wipes.
