No problems what so ever. Installed it myself, set the feet height, wired it in. From unpacking to switching on and doing the first burn in was about half an hour. Packaging was good and solid so no damage to the appliance. Have now used it a few times with no problems. Only mistake I made was trying to grill with the door open but after rereading the instructions you need to keep the door closed (my bad) now all good. Good product. Looks good and value for money.

Very impressed with the oven. Its only just been installed, but looks great. It doesn't come with a wire [6242Y twin and earth 6mm 2mm] or any trays, just the wire shelves. Managed to get free install and they took the old one away, so I got a bargain. Only grip was first attempt of delivery was missed, 2nd delivery, a cable was needed so couldn't be installed (i was sure one was supplied as it requires a wiring in, but hey ho), a few days later, cooker installed

If I could give this 0 stars I would! I’ve ordered this cooker twice. First time it arrived all bashed on one corner. Was left with it sat in the way for almost a week until they could collect. Second time it tripped itself out. Had an electrician fit it to make sure it was done properly and it just wouldn’t work, oven would come on for 10-15 mins then the whole oven would short out. I’d read reviews of people saying this happened when the timer wasn’t set properly but we’d done everything the instructions said. The electrician tested the connection & it was causing a voltage surge on 285v so we ended up having to sit in the dark for 2 hours waiting for national grid to come. The cooker was the issue and I honestly wouldn’t waste your time and money! Contacted Amazon & I now have to wait 5 days for them to collect this cooker with barely even an apology! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND ORDER A DIFFERENT COOKER FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY

Really lovely cooker. Everything as described. Very easy to get used to. I am very impressed with how controllable the hob is - haven't used the oven yet. Only slight disappointment is that there isn't a grill pan - just the baking tray with a wire shelf (luckily we saved our grill pan from our previous cooker).

This is a great oven! I bought two, another for a friend, we got £40 each off the price. I’ll say that it is quiet! Both ovens work as should and so does the grill, the hobs also work as they should and I’ve been happily cooking away since I got the cooker and installed it ( easy to do if you are a tradie ) myself and a length of the right electrical cable. It does look great in my kitchen, I just need to adjust the feet at the right height and level. Cooking times are as they should be, easy to clean as stated. Overall I’m very impressed despite my reservations with some reviews. You cannot beat the price for what we both got this cooker for too and with a two year warranty as well. Delivery was swift, smooth and super polite. If you are looking for a good cooker, this is it.

Ordered this cooker without properly reading the reviews which is out of character for me... The cooker was delivered on time, no issues there but when I unpacked it. It looked like it had been rolled down a flight of stairs. It was in a shocking state considering it's brand new... Badly dented and scratched. Straight onto Amazon customer services who are becoming harder to actually speak to and arranged a return and replacement... If this is the state they are sending out expensive items like this then I have no faith the replacement will be any better. If it isn't, I will be cancelling the order completely and getting a refund... So now, I have a brand new cooker which is useless and a space where my old cooker used to be... I'm gonna be 3 days now without any means of cooking a meal... Shocking service. Amazon are good for most things but white goods certainly isn't one them... Don't waste your time, money and sanity... I should have gone to Another retailer. The wiring looks complicated too... Not a standard connection either so probably gonna have to get an electrician to install it... All in all I wish I hadn't bothered... I will update when the replacement arrives... UPDATE.... New one arrived in perfect condition, thankfully... Once it was wired in we tested it as per manufacturer instruction... (Basically let the oven and grill burn off for half an hour.) I have to be honest I'm really happy with it... It doesn't half belt out some heat... Fingers crossed it gives us a few years of decent service...
