LockNLube Grease Fitting Caps (50 count) (Red)

Installed on all my lawn equipment. Will do my vehicles. The color makes it distinctive and is a reminder for grease locations. I am looking to do my vehicles next.

These work well. I wanted real rubber caps bur could not locate any in my area. These work and you get a good amount.

These are a bright visual cue that says “grade me”. In a tight recessed location, the attachment loop may protrude and require removal, but just the cap will help prevent dirt from packing into the recesss. Of course, the cap can be knocked off and lost. These don’t eliminate all your responsibilities with zerks.

Overall, I had a very good experience with the LockNLube Grease Fitting Caps. The quality met my expectations, and they fit securely on grease fittings to help keep dirt and debris out. The bright red color makes them easy to spot, and the 50-count pack offers good value. A few caps can be a bit snug depending on the fitting, but they work well overall. I would recommend these to anyone looking to protect their grease fittings.

I purchased the yellow caps for the visibility. They fit OK on the grease fittings, but I may have to cut off the retainer ring as they are on grease fittings that are recessed and sometimes pop off. Other than that, they are fulfilling their purpose. I would purchase them again if the need arises. LockNLube usually makes good products.

I waited a bit to try these caps before posting a review. I have a John Deere 1025r tractor I thought these would be great on. These tractors have ALOT of grease fittings. These caps are flexible enough not to break, they grab the head of the fitting very well and do not pop off. I even installed them on the mower deck spindles and rotating shafts thinking that they will probably fly off or come uncapped, nope, they stay in place very well. The bright yellow color also helps visually locating the fittings quickly and not miss any. Some people just goop extra grease on the fittings to cover them but over time it makes a mess. These caps keep your fittings clean so dirt doesn't plug the fittings. You get quite a few in a pack so you'll have plenty extra though I have yet to use them all. Very useful item that I didn't originally give a thought to but very handy.

Have yet to find a grease zerk these don't fit. Cost effective and I have not had one fall off my equipment yet.

Used these for when I redone my front end on all ball joints so when I do get ready to grease then they are clean and visible. Wound up putting them on all of my grease fittings on mowers and weed eaters.

These work a treat for keeping dirt out of grease nipples and are quite easy to remove to apply grease.

these small plastic caps are great for protecting the zerk grease fittings. Use them everywhere now but most important on wet bolts for RV suspension. Before capping zerk fittings, always took time to get grease to flow on some nipples due to dirt or damage. With these grease caps, each fitting takes grease first try, year in, year out. Very worthwhile purchase. Started using them on lawn tractor, stern drive and so on - good product!

Fit perfectly on my Kubota excavator

They work great. I have them on my tractor and excavator. Keeps the dirt out and makes it easier to see where the grease point are located.

I’ve installed them on my excavator and tractor and they do a good job of making zerks easy to find and keep dirt out. There are always a few zerks that get hit or brushed by materials you’re working with and these covers will not stay on but far majority stay in place.
