Excellent Relief and Very Comfortable
This shoulder ice pack wrap exceeded my expectations. The gel pack stays cold for a long time, provides excellent coverage around the shoulder, and the wrap keeps everything securely in place without constantly needing to readjust it. The fit is comfortable, the straps are easy to adjust, and it's much more convenient than trying to balance a regular ice pack on your shoulder. It helped reduce soreness and made recovery after workouts and everyday strain much more comfortable. The materials feel durable, the gel pack is flexible even when frozen, and the option to use it for both hot and cold therapy is a great bonus. If you're dealing with shoulder pain, a rotator cuff injury, or just need reliable cold therapy, I highly recommend this wrap. It's well made, easy to use, and has become an essential part of my recovery routine. Five stars!

Must Have for Shoulder Surgery
If youโre having shoulder surgery, buy this BEFORE surgery and thank yourself later. Seriously. This thing was an absolute lifesaver during those first miserable 3โ4 days afterward. It gets cold really fast in the freezer and actually stays cold long enough to be useful โ not one of those ice packs that turns lukewarm five minutes later and makes you irrationally angry at inanimate objects. ๐ The wrap-around shoulder design was also perfect because it stayed in place without me constantly adjusting it. I used this nonstop after surgery and honestly donโt have a single negative thing to say about it. Comfort, fit, coldness, durabilityโฆ all great. This would absolutely be on my โmust have before surgeryโ list.

Excellent Cold Therapy Wrap โ Relief That Really Works!
After trying a few different ice packs for shoulder pain, the Comfytemp Shoulder Ice Pack has easily become my favorite. The design fits perfectly around the shoulder and stays in place even when I move around. The material feels high-quality and comfortable against the skin โ not stiff or slippery like some other wraps. It gets cold quickly and stays cold for a long time, giving deep relief to sore muscles and joint pain. I especially like that itโs reusable and flexible right out of the freezer, so I donโt have to struggle to wrap it around my shoulder. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a snug fit, whether youโre icing an injury or recovering after a workout. This wrap has made a noticeable difference in my shoulder recovery routine and has become something I use almost daily. Highly recommend it for anyone dealing with rotator cuff pain, shoulder strain, or post-exercise soreness!

Excellent relief for shoulder surgery
Second total shoulder replacement and this was the gem did the job. After my husbands first shoulder replacement we used a pretty expensive device in which cold water is poured into then flows up to the area in need. This ice pack is so much easier to use, absolutely reduces inflammation and discomfort. My husbandโs post op progress is way ahead of the last surgery. Excellent product.

shoulder doesn't stay cold long because that isn't where the gel is
The good: Has gel, gets/stays cold The "meh" the majority of the gel is at the biceps/triceps area. This is marketed for the shoulder. I need cold at the AC joint. The gel loses its cool quickly at the shoulder because there is less gel. The arm velcro is weird. If you wrap it all the way around, like shown in the picture, you have to twist the velcro to get it to stick. And it is super awkward to try to fasten the arm band one handed. Not bad for shoulder, not great. Mostly awesome for a biceps / triceps injury.

Thaws Quickly, Misses Front Delt
I've been very active in my 4+ decades of life, and that means I'm no stranger to aches, pains, tweaks, and tears. So, I've tried out an ice pack or two, to say the least. However, this is my first time dealing with any real and lasting shoulder pain. And this is the first shoulder-specific ice pack I've ever tried. That being said, I can't say for sure if the shortcomings of this product are inherent to all shoulder ice packs, or just this one. First, it almost completely misses the front delt area. This is most unfortunate, because this is essentially the only area in which I feel shoulder pain. Now, the shoulder has a lot of moving parts and different muscles, but I think any gym rat would agree that the front delt is one of the most ache-prone areas. Bench press, shoulder press, dumbell fly, pushups, etc, etc, the front delt and, by default, rotator cuff, are always there doing the brunt of the work, or at the very least assisting the primary muscles to get the job done. I would think that addressing this area would be at or near priority #1 for someone designing a shoulder ice pack. Second, it doesnt stay cold for long, at least when I compare it to some of my "better" ice packs. I can forgive this to some extent. A shoulder ice pack has to be more flexible that others. This one is pretty flexible, but that comes at a cost. My better ice packs stay colder for much longer, but they are also quite a bit less flexible. Third, and this one might be on me, the strap that hugs around the arm seems poorly designed. It's almost as though they attached the velcro to the wrong side. Perhaps I just haven't figured this one out yet, but it really seems that way. Not a huge deal because I can just twist the strap around, but still undesireable. Also, the strap is a bit difficult to wrap around the arm to get into place. However, this could be at least partially due to my own inflexibility with a large upper body. So, 3 stars it is, which I feel is quite generous. If your shoulder pain is anywhere other than your front delt area, this might be adequate. I will likely continue my search for a satisfactory shoulder pack. In the meantime, I will probably resume going about it as I did before: by using one of my better, colder, less flexible ice packs, pressing it against my front shoulder using a makeshift apparatus out of a pair of sweatpants tied in a "knot" and held into position for 20 minutes at a time.
