if you only buy ONE scraper buy this ONE !!!
this is a really specialist scraper, which I have used on fruit cake mixes and also sponge mixes and unlike most it allows you to bend, twist and move the scraper in ways most will not this should be a must for all bakers. Believe me I have tried all sorts from HDPE, Silicon, teflon coated and this is my first choice now.

Corne à Pâtissier pour la vie !
Ce produit est excellent à l'usage, tout comme sa qualité : silicone haut de gamme moulée autour d'un cœur (plaque) inox assurant rigidité dans la souplesse. Ce cœur inox est de forme identique à la photo ; il s'arrête avant la bordure bizautée d'env. 8mm de largeur ; laquelle est bien souple sur tout le pourtour de la corne. C'est parfait !
