This product was recommended by our chiropractor. I didn't expect much, primarily due to the affordable price, but not only is it very effective in relieving pain, the pads and replacement pads are extremely well made. The adhesive keeps the pads in place, and is strong enough to reuse several times. When it's time to replace, it's very simple, and again very affordable. Highly recommended!

These feel and perform exactly the same as the ones used at the physical therapist. No skin irritation at all and they are sticking repeatedly with no problems. I definitely recommend these, I will be buying them again.

My tens machine just wasn't working like it used to. I had to put it up to full power just to feel it! I bought these electrodes as the one I had would continuously slip off. These are wonderful. They have a super strong adhesive and restored the seemingly lost power. I can't explain in words the relief it brings when my back and neck lock up. Tysm for a quality electrode

My Physical Therapist recommended this TENS. The instructions are well-written so first use was easy. The mode cycles are distinctly different from one another. Unlike the big machines at my physical therapy site, this TENS has nine settings, not fifty. So, turn on slowly to number one or two the first time and then adjust it upwards gradually. I got quite a buzz by quickly turning the dial to eight! The only reason I give this TENS four stars instead of five is that it is brand new so I don't know about the longevity but it seems to be well-made so I think it will be fine. I also don't know how long the pads will last, but if you apply a little rubbing alcohol to the area of your body where you are going to place the pads prior to putting them on, the pads will last longer. Also, per my PT, don't pull on the pads near where the wires go into them (pretty much a no brainer)! Gently pull them off at one of the corners away from the wires and that will make them last longer. .

Super happy with the adhesion in these. Pads are a good size, not too big and not to small. Great for around knees or ankle , calf, right on mcl or just on the quadriceps above the knee. These are the longest lasting TENS electrodes I’ve purchased. They usually lose adhesion after 5-6 uses, not these. Providing you follow directions and place pads back on the plastic provided to keep their adhesion, they work perfectly. My husband and I are both very happy with the product and the price for the quantity was great too. After 20 uses the same set of pads are still holding strong!

Great item. The patches are good quality, a good size, with good adhesion. I have re-ordered this item multiple times. Very fairly priced. Great value!

These have a wonderful adhesion that stays on. Tips for making that happen are clean the skin in the area where the tens unit is needed to get the sweat and oil off your body. Or, wipe the area with witch hazel or something like that. Nothing is left on the skin - I've reused mine multiple times with just a warm water rinse of the pads themselves if need be. These are better than what came with my Tens machine and a fraction of the cost to replace, I'm so excited to have found them!
