Up top its says About 9 x 8 x 5 1/2 inches and under product dimensions it says 3 x 3.4 x 2 inches. Im confused

When we hand measured the hat, the crown from top to bottom is approx. 5-1/2" inches tall. The bottle part of the hat is approx. 7-1/2" inches long across. Hat will fit head sizes approx. 23 inches around. Hope this helps.
