Box ripped open
I would like to get refunded for this purchase if possible because the box was smashed and opened. My sister had a couple of the tampons are not usable.

This new prototype is made with material that doesn’t absorb liquid easily; so they don’t expand in a timely manner & I’ve had some slight leaking. So peace of mind is a factor for this one-star rating. Also, these are SHORT for my space.

The product is great and price as well but the actual Kotex box was squished. I did do a count which was correct. I guess it got damaged in the warehouse?
