To making sloppy joes or when having a party, I use them for the salads I’ve made. Very sturdy, smooth handles. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT PUT THEM IN THE DISHWASHER! You will ruin them! Wash with warm soapy water, dry with towel and then take a little vegetable oil on a paper towel and rub them in. Put back on a clean paper towel and just let the oil dry and absorb back into the spoon. Take care of your stuff and it will last a long time!
