Has anyone worn these for at least 6 months?

18 months, 24/7. I’ve changed pairs a few times, worn my old earrings a few times. But mostly just keep these in. I’m allergic to most jewelry, if it has nickel content. These have been great—-

If I shower with the earrings on, will they eventually rust?

I have three sets of the 8 mm size for years without removal. Showers or swimming with the earrings in place did not affected the integrity of the earrings or make the piercing site sore or displaying any evidence of sensitivity or soreness and absolutely no hint of an infection.

Are they comfortable to sleep in for side sleepers?

Yes! I am a side sleeper and very sensitive to wearing things to bed. I have not taken these out since I they arrived. They are weightless. So comfortable!

Are these good for my newly healed ear piercings? Like after waiting the 6-12 wks after being pierced.

Because these earrings are made from surgical steel I would say yes. There's always a percentage of people who are SUPER sensitive to metals even gold, but I've not experienced any itching, redness or scabbing with any of these earrings.
