How long do these last with being refrigerated?

Real Food Blends meals do not contain any artificial preservatives or synthetic ingredients to extend its shelf-life. Our unopened meals are shelf-stable for 3 years from the date of manufacturing printed on the back of each pouch. We use a high-heat process to achieve this shelf-stability without additives or preservatives. We recommend refrigerating any unused portion within 2 hours of an opening a pouch, and using the open pouch within 24 hours. You can also freeze our meals if you know you will not be using the entire pouch within 24 hours. You may notice a slight change in consistency when freezing, but freezing will not affect the quality or effectiveness of our meals. The recommendation of discarding in 24 hours is due to the potential concern of microbial contamination like any food product, especially among possibly immune-compromised customers.
