This has been one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made on Amazon. From day one, the product has had multiple issues, starting immediately after installation. The print quality was extremely poor, and despite reaching out to customer care and sharing a remote session for troubleshooting, it was concluded that the unit was defective.The support representative advised us to return the unit for servicing, but informed us that there was no return or replacement policy in place, which was quite frustrating. After sending the unit back via courier, we struggled to get any timely updates or proper responses. Eventually, after several follow-ups, we received the unit back 10–12 days later—well beyond the promised 5–7 working days. Unfortunately, there was no noticeable improvement in print quality.Additionally, replacing the printing paper has become a major challenge. The roll frequently gets stuck and requires a technician to open the top of the printer and perform the replacement—something that should be simple and user-friendly. Now, we are unable to open the printer top at all to replace the roll, forcing us to contact support yet again.Managing this printer has become a daily hassle. I strongly advise potential buyers to stay away from this product due to its poor performance, lack of reliability, and inadequate customer support.

This printer is nice, affordable for new businesses, the printing quality is also good. It's very easy to install, it prints the bill in speedy manner, and has good performance. Hope Bluetooth feature also comes in same price.

After a lot of research i found it that the thermal printer is the Chipset among all of the printers. Coz it doesn't require any ink to fill and the paper is also cheap in price.. So i took the most revived thermal printer which was everycom brands.. And it turn out to be the good printer overall. So go for it I'll highly recommend it to anyone who wants printer with a low budget and low maintenance..
