I have an adult cat that even from a kitten had stress related issues like over grooming and rubbing her cheeks of everything when she see’s an unwelcomed neighbourhood cat to close to her home. I put one of these daily on her wet food and she after a little time on them managed to chill out and definitely not feel so stressed. I also use a calming plugin in her favourite room in the house that she loves to nap in. No one wants to see their cat unhappy and these have no medical relaxers in them they have more natural ingredients so no harm to her wellbeing. She is much happier now, also she is an indoor cat and just likes to pop out to back garden for 10 mins each morning and she is happy but I also found she wanted to comfort eat and put on a lot of weight, that also bothered me as I was worried it would lead to diabetes especially as she is 9 years old now so I put her on a strict measure her meals diet and she also is much less sluggish and likes to play with her feathers on the rod toys with me more now. All these things help young and ageing cats. Hope this helps a worried cat owner in some little way.
