Amazing substitution for flour
Literally has been a god send with how I can use it as a zero calorie substitute for flour and baked goods, and gets me a ton of extra fiber everyday.

NuNaturals makes fine products, like t his one.
I highly recommend this; it seems to be a very fine product. It does have one minor drawback, however. It is extremely finely ground, so if it is poured (or otherwise transferred) from the bag, a very visible amount is dispersed into the air, like smoke. The quantity lost is very small in weight, but it is adding unwanted dust to the air, and could possibly be hazardous (don't pour this from the bag near an open flame). Other than this issue (being too finely ground), this is a great product. Were it less finely ground, it would easily rate as a FIVE STAR product.

Oat fiber
I make KETO bread on my machine every other day that we use this oat fiber in so I was looking for the biggest unit I could get off of Amazon. It is very good!

it's been great. The fiber has no discernible flavor
Have been using this for over a week in morning smoothies and so far, it's been great. The fiber has no discernible flavor, it's not pasty or chalky, and since it's mostly insoluble fiber, it doesn't turn into a gel after it gets wet. It basically just stays the same, which I love (drinking soluble fiber that has gelled up and gotten all gunky is pretty gross after a while). In addition, apparently you can replace some of your other flour in recipes with small amounts of this oat fiber, which is kind of a cool optional use. I haven't tried it yet but it's nice to know it's there as a way to add fiber to your baked goods if you wish.

Horrible!
Horrible smell and taste! I bought this thinking that it was the same company I had bought from before. The color was dark, not white, and the smell was very strong. I used it once just to try it, had an aftertaste, and I threw everything out. Just threw out $30 too as it's not returnable!
