Best BBQ Cook Book Ever!
This is the best Barbeque Cook Book by far! Bobby takes you through the entire BBQ adventure from the right equipment for barbequing to the appetizers, entrées, sides and even cocktails! He gives you the menus to make any BBQ a gala. His recipes are amazing and through his instruction, anyone can become a BBQ King or Queen. I gave this as a gift to my best friend who just bought her first grill. She loves it!!! I'm going to order one for myself. I did a lot of research on cook books for this perfect gift for her and this book surpasses all others, in my opinion. My Boss Loves this book
I gave this book to my boss as he loves to grill like my husband does.Since hubby owns a few of Bobby Flay's books I thought I would get my boss the NEWEST of his books (so we can borrow it later...LOL...just kidding). Boss loved the book. He liked that there were side dish recipes to go with the grilled meats which is something Bobby has done in his other books. He also liked the sauce/marinade recipes and couldn't wait to try them. We got this book way before the scheduled delivery date and I was completely impressed with the entire purchase/process.

Bobby Flay is super but where in the heck can you get his cockamamie ingredients?
I love this man's menu, approach and carefree yet delicious meals. They can be a little ingredient intensive but I have found everyone that I have made flavorful and entertaining. He would get 5 stars if I could find all of the ingredients easily, however, many of the chilis are hard to find in the northeast. I always like to try a recipe exactly as written and then make my own departures from there. Still in all highly recommended. I also recommend his TV show "Brunch at Bobby's". If there is a heaven it is in his kitchen.

Something for Every Barbecue Fan
I enjoy all of Bobby’s Food Channel show’s and especially catch Barbecue Addiction and Brunch at Bobby’s whenever they’re back on. This is a very comprehensive book with great pictures, easy to understand (and shop for) recipes. From beef to pork, poultry, fish, sides, even cocktails, this book has something for everyone. I’ve been grilling almost as long as Bobby and I picked up some great ideas. The book also features tips such as choosing a grill or smoker, prepping to grill, tending your fire, even types of wood. So, don’t worry if you’re a beginner, Bobby has you covered. You’ll look like a grill pro. Flay has several other grilling cookbooks, and I don’t know how they differ, but for the beginning griller to the somewhat experienced who enjoy his shows, I recommend this book. Catch the addiction!

Awesome book with lots of good bbq tips. Bobby Flay really know his way around a grill. He’s the best.

The master
My grills are my hobby. I own (and have actually read) many barbecue books. I like this one because like most of Bobby Flays recipes they are relatively simple and designed for entertaining. It is thanks to (or because of) him that I have a cabinet of various powdered and dried peppers. In addition to the main dishes, he offers recipes for many of the side dishes (most BBQ books overlook this) to complement the entree. The sections on which type of grill and how to grill are key if you are just getting started.

Always amazing
I like how he talks about all different types of grills. We have the BGE and if you are looking for something to give you tips on cooking with the egg then you might need to dive further into another book, but the recipes in here are amazing. Love it!

Some great menus
Moves away from the traditional BBQ of sausages and burgers. Introduces some really great flavour combinations which makes grilling on a BBQ not only fun but really tasty... I have now started using indirect grilling and cooked some great moist chicken following some of his receipts... Great
