Donโt buy any product like this!
Donโt buy any product that looks like this and claims to soften hard water. Itโs a total scam. They donโt work at all. Rather get a better certified water softener system. Itโs costs a bit more but works for years with minor maintenance. Try it and waste your money if you donโt believe me.

Very good and effective product
I was searching for water softener and come across this TX brand. The main reason they are the only brand which says what is inside the cartridge and price also competitive and affordable as compared the other brands. The customer suppor on clarifying the doubts were really good and i personally appreciate them for being transperent on the raw materials inside and the cost breakup. Their commitment to provide a effective product and replacement in case of issue is amazing. I recommend this product to those who are looking for the reliable and affordable product.

Not satisfactory
Only lasted 2 month showing minimal changes. I purchased 2. One for my 1000 litre tank and 750 litre tank. Showed minimal changes in 750 litre tanks.
