Just had this installed and so far I absolutely love it. Beautiful item with a great looking finish. Feels as good as it looks. I would say its stylish but still classic. Operation couldn't be smoother. I didn't get the touchless option but still enjoy it very much. The pull down works smoothly and has a very nice spray option that really work at removing gunk. Luxury item at a affordable price. The one thing that's been a little tricky isbthe counter weight that helps retract the pull down hose. I have a lot of pipe clutter under my sink and that weight bumps into them and doesn't work great. I just need to keep playing with it until i get it right. Easy enough to adjust. Would absolutely recommend.

Initial impression is that it is really well made. It was easy to install and looks great and works without the escutcheon (base plate) for a nice fit in granite. I only wish the control lever was on the other side as I tend to hold items in my right hand (right handed) which makes reaching for lever awkward if I forget to switch hands first.

We got this faucet to replace one corroded by beach water. Plumber said Kohler have better build (in general, more metal parts), so I found this one that has a high (ish) spout and would fit in the limited area we have at the back of the sink that has a raised bar behind it. The plumber put it in, but he didn't seem to have any problems with the parts provided. It has a nice flow and the spray button works well. We didn't use the soap dispenser (no second hole on our sink), but it did seem kind of flimsy. I like that you can swing it from side to side. I don't like that there are some positions it won't stay in; it has kind of a preferred area where it will swing back to. I haven't looked to see if there is part of the hose that is a little too tight or something. It does feel pretty high quality, and the handle has a nice feel to it.

Stylish and easy to install. Good instructions that are clear and easy to understand. Thought it to be a little too stylish at first, but the wife fell in love with it, and it's been easy to use since. Well made, it seems, of good material. Though a bit high on the price tag, it's still a good buy.

Large, elegant, smooth soft control.

My wife and I like this faucet much better than the Delta faucet that it replaced. No problems since installing it and it works great for what we need.

Finally had to replace our kitchen faucet after 24 years. Wanted something a little different other than chrome and decided to get the matte black. The finish is beautiful and seems like it will not show water marks. The installation took less than 20 minutes, the removal of the old faucet took about 40 minutes. The spray pattern is unique in that it is flat instead of round, and the nozzles are the easy clean type (rubber) that really don't get clogged. Had to use the wide base plate to cover up the other two holes, but that didn't create any issues and the faucet is securely mounted with no movement. The swivel is smooth as is the spray head retraction. As for the Hot/Cold handle direction. I have another faucet that has a full back and forward handle swing. On that faucet- cold is all the way forward and hot is all the way back. This makes sense to me. But on this Kohler faucet- when the handle is straight up it is cold, and you pull the handle forward for hot. This also makes sense. When the handle is straight up it looks aesthetically pleasing and is in the most common position for water temperature use (cold).

The spray mode jets are very weak.
