This works for me and notice when I don't spray it. It's now part of my bedtime routine. I spray a few pumps on my pillow put on my eye mask and concentrate on breathing the scent in. Then I wake up in the morning. No more counting sheep. Lovely scent so much nicer than lavender. Give it ago x
