It does not have the best solvability that I've ever seen in a Creatine, but it does the trick. I'm happy with my purchase overall.

Ich betreibe seit über 5 Jahren regelmäßig Kraftsport und nutze Creatin schon lange als festen Bestandteil meiner Supplement-Routine – vor allem zur Unterstützung der Regeneration und Leistungsfähigkeit. Das ESN Ultrapure Creatine Monohydrate überzeugt mich vor allem durch seine Reinheit. Es handelt sich um reines Creatin Monohydrat ohne Zusätze, was für mich ein entscheidender Punkt ist. Das Pulver ist sehr fein, klumpt nicht und lässt sich problemlos dosieren. Geschmacklich ist es komplett neutral. Ich mische es meist einfach in Wasser, nehme es aber gelegentlich auch direkt als Pulver – beides funktioniert ohne Probleme. Die Löslichkeit ist gut, es bleibt kein unangenehmer Bodensatz zurück. Mit 500 g kommt man, je nach Dosierung, mehrere Monate aus, was das Produkt auch preislich attraktiv macht. Qualität, Ergiebigkeit und einfache Anwendung passen hier einfach zusammen. Fazit: Klare Empfehlung für alle, die regelmäßig ins Gym gehen und ein hochwertiges, reines Creatin ohne Schnickschnack suchen.

Non ho avuto effetti indesiderati e, almeno per la mia esperienza personale, noto dei benefici nell’allenamento e nella costanza. Mi piace molto il fatto che sia senza gusto, perché si può mescolare facilmente con acqua o altre bevande senza cambiare il sapore. Si scioglie bene e non lascia una sensazione fastidiosa quando la bevo. Anche la confezione è pratica, perché nella parte superiore ha una chiusura in velcro che si richiude bene. La polvere all’interno non fa grumi e rimane facile da dosare. Il misurino è incluso nella confezione, però bisogna cercarlo un po’ perché spesso si trova in mezzo alla polvere. Non è un grande problema, ma all’inizio può non essere subito visibile. Per me rimane una creatina valida, semplice e affidabile, infatti l’ho già comprata più volte.
