For the past 30 years, I've paid to have my hair colored in a salon. Lately the salon treatment is no longer in my budget. So, I decided to give this product a try (based on comments, reviews, and price). I was terrified, because I have never colored my hair myself. I couldn't be more pleased. The product was easy, easy, easy to use, only requires 30 mins wait time, comes with a conditioner that leaves my hair sooo soft and natural feeling, covers all gray, lasts 7-8 weeks, and I love the color. I ended up using 2 colors to achieve the exact color I wanted (Golden Brown and Medium Auberne). I highly recommend this product for ease of use, soft natural looking hair, longevity, and price. Now I just have to figure out how to do highlights.

My absolute natural looking red hair colour. It's great for coverage and especially those greys. It is perfect for covering my ashy roots. I've tried other brands but the fact that the colour is consistent, full coverage, lasts in my hair without needing a touch up for 6 weeks, and that it comes with a 1st wash shampoo and 1st conditioner treatment. It will always be my go to order for color. Using the L'Oreal shampoo and conditioner to wash out the coloring makes a lasting appearance difference. Which they conveniently have inside so it's worth every penny

I've been coloring my own hair for 25 years, and while the color may have changed the product has stayed the same - Loreal Excellence. I like it for a few reasons, first of all, the color selection is terrific. I'm now on to a light reddish brown and since I have quite a bit of grey, which picks up the color, it's like I have highlights. I get compliments quite often! Second, it's very easy to use. The directions are straightforward. Everything you need is in the box. You have an applicator option and a comb-through option which is great. It's very forgiving. If you get some on your face, just wipe it off, it won't stain all day. It will, however, stain your clothes so I wear an old t-shirt while coloring my hair and I keep an old towel handy, just in case. After 30 minutes I just rinse it out in the shower. I have shoulder-length hair, so I only use 1/3 of the conditioner at that time and the rest for the next few shampoos. Last, it lasts quite a while. I like coloring my own hair so I can do it when I want to and don't have to worry about getting an appointment at a salon. The color lasts so I'm not coloring every other week. It doesn't wash out, it's permanent.

This is a good hair color but not as good as L'Oreal Preference. Color wasn't as rich and didn't last as long.

This coloring is so good for your hair. My hair are so soft after the first application. It has a shampoo and conditioner. The color is perfect. It doesn't itch at all. The smell is a little bit annoying but the result are so good. All my white hair are covered 👌 it was so easy to apply

Es un color muy bonito, se ve muy natural aveces me pregunta si mi cabello es de este color 😅 y no lo es, es este tinte dura mucho el color no se opaca y no maltrata el cabello lo usé sin descolorante y quedó así recomiendo que usen 2
