I absolutely love this pillow!!! I just got a helix piercing on both ears and have a 8mo old upper helix on my right ear. I wish I had thought to buy this sooner. However, the things I like about it might not be for everybody. The pillow is small so it doesn’t cover the same kind of surface area in terms of space for your head to lay like a regular pillow. I am a side sleeper that usually ends up ditching the pillow and laying my head on the mattress. So, this just so happens to be perfect for me and so comfortable especially because of how soft the cover is. I got this pillow two weeks after i got pierced and the night i used it was the first night i slept comfortably since getting them. the ear hole is perfectly sized IMO. Theres enough space for my ear but the hole isn’t too big that your head doesn’t feel supported. It’s relatively thin, very soft, and has a squish to firmness ratio that’s right in the middle. if you like to have your head elevated, i feel like it’s thin enough to put it on top of the pillow you already use if it’s not a super dense material. TL/DR: Love it, wish i bought it sooner, perfect for my needs

I was not expecting to love this little pillow as much as I do. I got it because I had gotten three helix piercings, two in my right ear and one in the left. For a week I tried sleeping on my hands but grew tired of that. So I searched the old Amazon and found this little pillow. I did not have any expectations. I was blown away by how well I slept the first night! I have been a memory foam pillow snob for the last 20 years or so and this pillow that's not even the size of my head rocked my world. I sleep with a smartwatch that monitors how well I sleep. For YEARS I would only get 10-12 minutes of deep sleep per night. With this little pillow, I get 45-60 minutes each night! Incredible. I feel rested every day. I sleep on my back and both sides. On the few occasions I switch position at night, I somehow manage to move the pillow with me. Even more incredibly - I don't snore as badly as I used to! It also helps keep my new piercings from getting squished and they're healing nicely. GET THIS PILLOW You won't regret it

I just got my helix pierced and it works great for keeping my head from hitting my pillow underneath this one! The cloth is very soft and it has a semi-firm texture. Minus one star because I would prefer it to be a bit wider so my entire head fit on it.

This piercing pillow has been a total game changer for my ear piercing! It’s super soft, supportive, and makes sleeping so much more comfortable. I was struggling with healing because I kept bumping my ear at night, but this has made a huge difference. It’s also washable, which is a big plus—easy to keep clean and fresh. If you're healing a new piercing or just need relief from irritation, I highly recommend this!

I sleep with earbuds to drown out noise. Since I sleep on my side, I would frequently get ear pain. I was always fighting the pillow trying to get it into a comfortable position. This pillow works fantastically, after some modification. The pillow as it comes, is a little too soft. When you lay your head down, the pillow compresses and your ear touches the underlying surface, defeating the purpose of the hole. Also, the hole itself is a little too small in my opinion. Both of these problems are easily remedied though, as long as you have extra filling. This pillow has a zipper, so it is easy to add more filling to suit your needs. I added quite a bit to the pillow because I needed it fairly firm and more loft so the earbud would not touch the surface under the pillow. The added benefit of doing this was that it made the hole bigger. For me, modifying this pillow was a lot easier than trying to make my own.

Recently got my helix and my conch pierced despite me being a MAJOR side sleeper. This pillow is blessing it not only allows me to keep my ear piercings from becoming crooked but stop any chance of swelling. Honestly if you need a pillow for piercings or if you wear AirPods a lot you need this in your life!!

Great for piercings it is soft. I sleep well with it & helps me stay in one position than a standard pillow.

don't know how i survived without it. a few down sides are that the inside is just fluff - yes you can take some out to make it less poofy but i would rather it be intact so i can wash the cover. it is soft but i found the perfect elevation when i put it on top of a thin, standard pillow. also great for anywhere you lay down, and if you have glasses!

First what was great about the pillow: the ear hole is nice and large - great for cartilage piercings. Problem however is the softness. It deflated a lot when I put my head on it this rendering it kind of useless on its own for protecting my piercings from pressure against the bed. Maybe better for more established piercings?
