good durability with strong plastic. the lid closes all the way and doesn't leak. it is the size of other canteens and fits in any canteen pouch the color doesn't go away and i personally think it is quite cool. and it is just a water bottle almost impossible to misuse.

Much easier to clean than GI canteens and transparent so you can make sure there's nothing weird in the water. Fits in a Gi canteen cup/carrier. The only thing I might change is the "lanyard" around the cap, it has a tendency to detach a little.

Traditional canteen shape and size. Nalgene doesn't absorb odors. Secure top. Shape is easier to pack in my opinion than traditional round shape bottles of similar capacity and is easier to grip.

It's Nalgene. Incredible value for money, absurdly durable, and under warranty for life. You can't break them! If you somehow do they used to send T-shirts marking your achievement. Color is nice, plastic is thick, fits USGI sustainment pouches perfectly.

These are great replacements for military type 1 quart canteens. Tough, no smell, no taste water canteens. Fit any military canteen pouch from 1910 thru present.

Been sitting on the fence about trying one of these as I’ve only used wide mouth Nalgene (and other) bottles. Bought it on special and if I lost it somewhere, I’d buy it again for full price. Really solid, great form factor/ergonomics, and the red is hot as hell! Highly recommended.

- Riecht nicht, auch vor dem ersten Spülgang nach Lieferung - Schmeckt haargenau nach gar nichts - Hält astrein dicht, auch wenn was Kohlensäurehaltiges darin schwappt, und das, obwohl es im Deckel keine Gummidichtung gibt, die man verlieren kann, die altert oder vergammelt Ich besitze mittlerweile drei dieser Flaschen, weil ich drei originale US-Feldflaschenhüllen am Traktor, an der Gartenkarre und im Auto befestigt hab, weil ich so immer Wasser griffbereit hab, aber die Flaschen nirgendwo herumrollen. Die originalen Plastikflaschen kann man getrost in die Tonne treten, daraus schmeckt alles als wenn es Flüssigkunststoff wäre. Die Nalgene dagegen... und sie hat auch noch haargenau das richtige Format. Sie passt also nicht nur in die originalen Feldflaschentaschen (sagen Sie das mal zehnmal nacheinander ganz schnell auf), sondern auch in originale und nachgebaute Trinkbecher. Ergibt summa summarum den perfekten Ersatz für das Original. Prösterchen!
