Cute toy, nice size for a 6yr old, easy to operate, bug goes in reverse and batteries are included ( yipee).

Doesn't work right
Got this for my autistic grandson as he has a real thing for roly polies. Was very disappointed in it not working properly. Not sure if it was the remote control or the roly poly itself but it would not connect one to the other and the roly poly barely moved.

The video is a tad deceiving.
We gave as a birthday present for a 6 year old boy who likes bugs. My son does too and would like one of these also, go figure. He said it was smaller than he thought it would be from the video. I agreed. Still pretty cool. We got a video of the Roly Poly in action. It's slow and the remote needs to be pretty close but it is cute as all get out. Not sure that it will last long. The plastic is thin. One thing to note and why I'm docking it a star is that it arrived on my door step within 24 hours (amazing) in original packaging with THREE shipping stickers that were impossible to remove without tearing the box and leaving sticky all over. Also the box was all bent. Kind of lame. Especially since we were gifting it. Maybe eco friendly glue with the reduced packaging could be a thing?

Broken on arric
Product broke as soon as it was inboard. Kids didn't get to play with it... had to return for refund.

Very basic toy
This is the most basic of remote control toys: one button to go forward, on button to turn in a circle. I would appreciate if it had a bit more capability! Not to mention the possibilities specific to a Rollie pollie butโฆ would love to see it roll up. I was underwhelmed but 6 YO very pleased with the gift! Ran out of batteries quickly.
