Husband's Acer laptop bit the dust and couldn't be fixed . Bought a new HP all in one. Installed the backed up hard drive documents to the HP and of course HP comes with a trial version of Word which is used with One Edge. Documents would open up and then close right away. Installed our licensed authentic 2002 Word program and it installed fine with the key code, but documents would still open up and close right away. (OK, it's old but it was $150.00 back then and it works great ). Took awhile but finally figured out how to uninstall trial version of Word. Having never heard of One drive, this was all new to me/us, and it and it's use it not made clear through the set up process. Of course these new computers come with no manual. You are left to figure it out on your own or call in for help. But finally figured out after a lot of searching that this was the culprit. Figured out how to disableOne drive. This has been a lot of frustrating totally unnecessary work. Exhausting. There was a lot more work and searching, that I am not including here. Takes all of the fun getting a new computer. After searching Amazon for a solution, found this program and read the recent reviews and ordered one. While installation was somewhat confusing, we got it loaded and have it on the desktop for easy access. Works like a breeze. Word documents open up just fine and we can work on them and save them, rename them, create new ones. Buy this if your word documents won't open up.

This office program works great! I was pleasantly surprised because I wasn't sure what to expect since the cost of it was not pricey at all. It was easy to install and it's very user friendly. It saved me quite a bit of money had I bought the more pricey word programs, I was glad I saw this one. I'm noticing RIGHT NOW that the price of it has gone down since I bought it, I did buy it a while back ago, I just forgot to write a review on it, but it's fine, I still feel I got a very good deal on it. I'm super happy with it, it does the job.

I tried to install it & it wouldn't work: I emailed support, they gave me a new link to try: it didn't work. Then a brand new "cleaning" program showed up on my screen, I thought I'll do it later. I emailed support again: they gave me another link. Then I was unable to do anything on my computer because the "cleaning" program was stuck on the screen. I called a computer repair guy, he said to immediately unplug from the internet, change all of my passwords using my phone, & bring him the computer so he could remove all of my data from the computer, because this was malware (a virus) & that if I continued on, they likely would send a ransom notice for me to get back all of my data. He said I should buy a new computer because it's practically impossible to remove all of the virus, & likely the next time I went on my computer, it would activate the virus & I'd have the same thing happen. I did all that & now I have a new computer. The new computer & the work that the repairman did cost me money I don't have, but I had to do it because I do bookkeeping, & there would be no other way to continue working. Of the $20+ I spent on the program, Amazon refunded me $16. I also told them what happened & that they should immediately remove this item from their website, and now I see that they have not. If Jeff Bezos can spend billions of dollars to fly his friends on a joy ride in Earth's outer atmosphere, surely he can afford to spend a million or 2 to insure that the products that they sell are safe.

works ok

Great office software, very compatible with Microsoft Office

I have a new computer because my old one finally hit the dust. It's a Windows 10 and I'm told that I can't use Microsoft Office 2010 because "it's been put on too many computers." I tried 2007 and I'm told that the product key is incorrect, although it's the original key that came with it. Microsoft no longer has any help for these products. I read the reviews for this one and was skeptical but for the price and the fact it's returnable, I decided to try it before investing in a horribly expensive 2010 or subscribing when I've already purchased the product I need. I loaded it on without a problem using 'custom' as I only wanted Word and Excel equivalents and it does open those documents without a problem. Some things work very much the same but a few others are different so there'll be a bit of a learning curve. However, it does work and opens documents that I've been unable to get into. It also will save them in the Word and Excel format so those documents can be sent to others. I'll update this if I run into a problem but so far.....

The product does not do as advertised.

I ordered this a while back and never got around to reviewing it, but let me tell you how that's worked out for the good. It's been about 2 years and let me tell you, this program is perfect! I have been able to use it and send work related and school assignments with ease. The recievers have NEVER had any issues with my work! They open it via Microsoft and all is well. 2 years strong and still working! I use the program at least 2 or 3 times a day and never any issues. I've never losted work, never frozen on me, nada! I recently reach out to them and explained that I needed some help with having 5 kids being on remote learning, due to the Pandemic and within hours they replied with all the help I was looking for and then some! I felt like family was giving me help when communicating with them. I would do business all over again with them! There product is top notch, they are quick to communicate and shipping was fast too! Please do not hesitate to do business with them and ask questions, they'll be sure to answer you as best as possible!

Funcionando muy bien

Excelente.
