Where is this Knife made ?

i have bought multiple knives from cold steel, even though they are made in Taiwan they are as legitimate as any American made knife and more so than some. its an American based company though so you still put money into the American economy slightly

Can the belt clip be switched to the opposite side for left handed carry?

Is this the 2" or 2.5" blade and how can I tell the difference online?

2.5 inch. The 2 inch version is called the Mini Tuff Lite, and isn't available in blue.

What type of lock is on this blade

It would appear to be 2 hook like ends on the blade and lock that snap together. Very sturdy so far. Unlocking you need to push hard in the center of the handle. The tension on the lock is very good solid pressure.
