It worked so well that I was honestly a little suspicious. Then I had my friend try it and she was surprised by how effective it was too. We went to hot yoga and spent the entire day in the Miami heat yet neither of us got a headache or felt dehydrated and had energy to do more. 10/10.

I was having some dehydration-related headaches and these helped. They taste a bit like sawdust but seem to work. I bought a couple other brands and this one is my favorite. The others use multiple capsules in a serving, whereas this is just one big serving. I would recommend this one: it works, it's cost-effective, and does what it's supposed to do.

Compared to the overly sweet packaged drink mixes this is great- flavorless, small, economical and effective!

These help keep me replenished but I do have to take more than recommended at times. Good product overall. Bigger pills but I don’t have any problem taking them.

I have found that managing my electrolytes can help prevent or stop my migraines. This brand has definitely helped me. I keep it in my nightstand with a glass of water on top!I find the capsules easy to swallow and like how easy they are to have on hand. My kid also gets migraines, but gummies are better for them because their stomach won’t tolerate liquids with the migraine.Traveling can also cause my electrolytes to get mixed up, so I love how easy these are to take with me. 1 capsule is a serving, so these are a great value. Recommend.

I had an issue with low electrolytes, so I take two of these a week, Tuesday and Thursday. Very happy with the results.
