Endurance (Formerly Microhydrin) 60 Vegi Caps

Dr. told me to add a little water just to cover the bottom of a 3oz bathroom cup. Add 1/2 of a capsule and swirl to mix. Put in mouth over the injured area & hold for a minute or more. Then swish in the mouth and swallow. Don't eat or drink after using. Best done before bedtime. Or you can use more than once a day, after breakfast, just don't eat or drink for an hour or 2. Try this before any periodontal work or after dental work. It really helps.
